    Default Springfield Woman Defies Death, Now Running Marathons

    30-year-old Springfield native Rachel Malone should've already died before miracously discovering she had a golf ball sized brain tumor 7 years ago.

    After the surgery, she learned how to sit up, walk, and eventually run. Despite never playing any sports before she decided to train for a marathon.

    Rachel was recently honored by BP Gasoline for her story. She was presented $10,000 worth of gas by Olympic swimmer Dara Torres in Florida.
